Running is a great way to build strong legs and glutes, coordinate upper and lower body and build aerobic endurance and strong cardiovascular health. But what if it's too hot to run outside? Or too cold? or too dark? What if it's too early in the morning? Or too late at night? What if you don't want people to see you struggle? What if you don't want to run in trainers that aren't what people expect or clothes that make you self-conscious? None of this should really matter when it comes to our health but we all know they do because we have evolved to be social animals. Thankfully we have you covered. You can have all the benefits of running without ever putting a foot outside, getting new trainers or slipping into some fashionable neon gear. You can do all of those things, of course, but you don't have to. All you need is a little floor space, your own body and the willingness to get sweaty, because just because it ain't taking place outside, doesn't mean it's going to be easy.
