Congratulations! You found DAREBEE -

The best kept secret
on the internet

Let's get you started.

DAREBEE is a FREE, ad-free non-profit fitness resource for real people with real lives. No equipment required for most workouts. No subscriptions. No guilt. Just movement, done your way.

Step 1 - Read this once

The Workout Manual - 5 minutes, saves hours

Every DAREBEE workout uses the same visual format. The manual walks you through how to read a poster, what reps and sets mean, and how to count them. Read it once and every routine on the site becomes instantly readable. Open the manual →

Step 2 - Pick your starting point

Three ways in, depending on how much structure you want:

Programs
30+ days of pre-planned training. The load is already balanced for you - some days harder, some easier. Best if you want to show up and follow, not plan.

Weekly Plans
Pre-built 7-day schedules using individual workouts. More flexible than programs, more structure than going solo.

Individual Workouts
Build your own rotation. Filter by type, theme, focus, or equipment. Aim for 3-5 per week - rotate them to keep your body adapting.

Step 3 - Use the daily features

Exercise of the Day

One quick movement, under 60 seconds. Sometimes simple, sometimes tricky. Good for busy days when a full workout isn't happening but you still want to move.

Workout of the Day

A new workout posted every 24 hours on the homepage. Follows a balanced rotation so you're not hitting the same muscle groups back to back. Good for days when you can't decide.

Monthly Challenge

30-day focused challenges - one specific skill or goal per month. A new one launches at the end of each month. Stack one alongside your main routine for extra work on a weak point.

Can't figure out a move from the poster? The video exercise library covers most exercises with short how-to clips. Especially useful for martial arts moves and anything with complex coordination.

A few things worth knowing

DAREBEE workouts don't include official rest days in programs - but the programming is balanced so you naturally get lighter and heavier days. If something feels too hard, it's okay to repeat a day, swap to a lighter workout, or just rest. The goal is consistency over weeks and months, not perfection on any single day.

Can't do a move exactly as shown? That's normal and fine. Exercise modifications and alternatives are available for most common limitations. Progress at your own pace - the workouts aren't going anywhere.

Content is updated constantly. New workouts, challenges, programs, and guides are added on a rolling basis. If you bookmark something and come back to find it slightly different, that just means it got better.

The DAREBEE Community

The community forum is where people log workouts, ask questions, and keep each other accountable. The Checking In section is good for keeping a public workout log - it's low-key and genuinely helpful for staying consistent. The DAREBEE team also answers questions there.

Having short daily challenges that I can just do in the morning or afternoon and having clear instructions has been great. The programs also are very fun, the RPG ones are great for someone like me who needs that imagination motivation at times. The dashboard and bookmarks also have been such a help in staying organized and seeing number go up! Truly motivating and almost gameifying for me to keep me determined to keep going to keep my streak up!

Torra

I have always loved to workout, but have a hard time motivating myself. But Darebee works for me. I can pick a short, long, easy or hard exercise depending on the day, and feel proud of my work.

I know in a glance what the entire workout has in store and I don't have to constantly glance at the screen or try to play catch up, and there's no annoying music in the background or talking person, and there's no ads or subscription gate. Darebee is simple, straightforward, and very well organized. There are single workouts to fill gaps or programs for long term plans without having to make constant choices. Even beyond the workouts themselves, the community is a wonderful, mutually supportive place!
