Congratulations! You found DAREBEE -
The best kept secret
on the internet
Let's get you started.
DAREBEE is a FREE, ad-free non-profit fitness resource for real people with real lives. No equipment required for most workouts. No subscriptions. No guilt. Just movement, done your way.
The Workout Manual - 5 minutes, saves hours
Every DAREBEE workout uses the same visual format. The manual walks you through how to read a poster, what reps and sets mean, and how to count them. Read it once and every routine on the site becomes instantly readable. Open the manual →
Three ways in, depending on how much structure you want:
Exercise of the Day
One quick movement, under 60 seconds. Sometimes simple, sometimes tricky. Good for busy days when a full workout isn't happening but you still want to move.
Workout of the Day
A new workout posted every 24 hours on the homepage. Follows a balanced rotation so you're not hitting the same muscle groups back to back. Good for days when you can't decide.
Monthly Challenge
30-day focused challenges - one specific skill or goal per month. A new one launches at the end of each month. Stack one alongside your main routine for extra work on a weak point.
DAREBEE workouts don't include official rest days in programs - but the programming is balanced so you naturally get lighter and heavier days. If something feels too hard, it's okay to repeat a day, swap to a lighter workout, or just rest. The goal is consistency over weeks and months, not perfection on any single day.
Can't do a move exactly as shown? That's normal and fine. Exercise modifications and alternatives are available for most common limitations. Progress at your own pace - the workouts aren't going anywhere.
Content is updated constantly. New workouts, challenges, programs, and guides are added on a rolling basis. If you bookmark something and come back to find it slightly different, that just means it got better.
The DAREBEE Community
The community forum is where people log workouts, ask questions, and keep each other accountable. The Checking In section is good for keeping a public workout log - it's low-key and genuinely helpful for staying consistent. The DAREBEE team also answers questions there.
