The program closes with an abs session that deliberately echoes its fourth day. Fifteen seconds each of sit-ups, flutter kicks, sit-ups and scissors - three, four or five sets with a minute of rest. Day 4 ran crunches, flutter kicks, crunches and scissors; Day 60 runs the same session with the sit-up in the anchor slot.
That single substitution is the whole story of the program in one line. The partner exercises have not changed - the same small vertical flutter and the same horizontal scissor, both keeping the lower abdominals under continuous tension while your lower back stays pinned to the floor. What has changed is you, and the sit-up is the proof: full range where you started with a partial one, at the end of a session where every interval is a movement you have practised fifteen abs days over. Nothing new, everything harder, and no equipment involved from the first day to the last.
Come all the way up on every sit-up and lower under control. Keep the legs low on flutter kicks and scissors and the small of your back in contact with the floor throughout. Same standards as Day 4, applied to a considerably stronger midsection.
Sixty days, 240 intervals a set, and a final session that measures the distance by asking for the same thing you started with.
Make it Harder: Hold the top of every sit-up for a beat with your hands reaching past your knees before lowering.
Make it Easier: Take the sit-ups with your arms crossed over your chest and your feet tucked under something solid.
