60 Days of HIIT is a no-equipment interval training fitness program designed for higher burn in a shorter period of time. Each workout consists of 2 to 4 exercises 15-30 seconds each with 1 minute rest in between. You can scale each workout up or down depending on your fitness level, how sore you are and the time available each day.
Every 3rd day of this program is a combat moves’ day and every 4th day is dedicated to abs and core. The program is ideal for anyone looking for a quick but effective training regimen; anyone who hasn’t got much time to exercise and is interested in primarily tackling the midsection. It's challenging and fast-paced but it's also very easy to follow and fit into your day.
Note: This program doesn’t include any push-ups or squats.
