Day 25 gives the arm minute back to its first anchor. Bicep extensions return to slots one, three and five - right where they were on Day 5 - with standing shoulder taps, arm scissors and scissor chops rotating between them. One minute of work, one of rest, 3, 5 or 7 sets by level.
The anchor is a homecoming; the company is a promotion. Day 5 surrounded the bicep extensions with introductory movements - today's supporting slots hold the scissor pair from Day 10, the two crossing exercises that keep the arms at shoulder height and trade layers of the chest and shoulders with every sweep, plus the overhead shoulder taps driving fingertips-to-shoulders-to-ceiling. Every exercise in the minute is either generating its own resistance or holding altitude, and most are doing both. This is the self-resistance session with twenty days of arm conditioning priced in.
Tense through every bicep extension in both directions - the exercise is a negotiation between your own muscles, so bring both sides. Drive the shoulder taps to full overhead extension, arms brushing your ears at the top. Keep the scissors level and the chops wide, alternating the crossing arm throughout.
Same anchor as Day 5, stronger everything else - the return trip is how you notice the distance.
Make it Harder: Cross deeper on the scissors and chops - arms overlapping past the elbows on every rep.
Make it Easier: Run the shapes without the added tension - relaxed hands, smooth arcs, full range.
