
Military Fit is a 30-day bodyweight training program built to forge battlefield-grade fitness without the battlefield hardware. This is conditioning with a mission: to make you stronger, faster, harder to fatigue, and more capable under pressure. Every workout is designed to sharpen the fundamentals that matter most - endurance, explosive power, core stability, mobility, coordination, and grit. Using only bodyweight and determination, Military Fit turns simple movements into a full-scale conditioning campaign.
