Sometimes when the outside temperature, darkness or the time of the day make it impractical to train outside our Winter Workouts Collection comes to the rescue. Designed to help you work indoors, each workout in the collection focuses on the development of specific physical attributes and skillsets. From endurance to strength, power and agility. Pick the workout, check out the muscle map to see which areas of the body are targeted the most, check to see what further attributes are developed (i.e. speed, explosiveness, aerobic capacity etc) and then pick your level of fitness and whether you will add extra credit (EC) or not.
