White Wolf is a no-equipment, full-body workout that uses the planet's gravitational force and the human body's ability to push and pull its own weight to activate virtually every major muscle group. This, in turn, activates your central nervous system, makes your lungs and your cardiovascular system work and triggers the adaptations necessary to maintain the body's fitness.
