Total Abs 30 Day Program by DAREBEE
SETS

Day 27 is the top of the ladder: 8 crunches, 16 flutter kicks, four times through with no pause between blocks, then rest up to two minutes and repeat. Thirty-two crunches and sixty-four flutter kicks per set - exactly double what this session asked for on Day 3.

Five times this ladder has appeared and each time it has added one crunch and two flutter kicks. That is the entire progression: no new movement, no new format, no equipment, just a number climbing steadily over twenty-four days until it has doubled without any single step ever feeling like a jump. Twenty-four reps a block is a genuinely long stretch of continuous abdominal work, and running four of them back to back means the trunk is under tension from the first crunch to the sixty-fourth kick with nothing but the switch between exercises for relief.

The standards do not change just because the numbers did. Lower back flat for every kick, shoulder blades clearly off the floor for every crunch, neck long, breathing steady. Sixteen kicks is long enough that pace becomes a strategy - start slower than feels necessary so the last four are the same size as the first four. If a block starts falling apart, shorten the kicks rather than lifting the back.

The final rung of the ladder, standing at twice the height of the first one.

Make it Harder: Add a fifth round of 8 and 16 on top of the four blocks the card gives you.

Make it Easier: Run three blocks instead of four and keep the numbers exactly as written.

Grateful for your promise in keeping this site accessible and free for people of all fitness levels & goals around the world. Found Darebee some time years ago and used to just save the workouts and then forget about them somewhere in my documents & to do later lists 😅 but coming back to the site this year I loved the organised/simple layout & navigation of the site with full workout video at bottom to see proper form and notes to make things easier or harder depending on your fitness/energy aswell as an extensive exercise library with joint friendly alternatives. I found it much easier to track/check off completed workouts & days on program/plan on dashboard, was more likely to remember & do it + advanced filter made it quick to find a doable workout. As a tiny way to support this site I made account and use the site exclusively for exercises now, will look to donate when I can 🙏🏽 and would recommend it to all I talk to regarding fitness. Thank you Darebee team for the great job you've all done here and keep up the good work. Blessings to you all.
