The last floor day keeps only the essentials. Three 20-second intervals - bridges with the dumbbell on your hips, flutter kicks, and a hold with both legs hovering off the floor - at 3, 5 or 7 sets, one minute between sets. Weighted hips, moving legs, frozen legs: the floor-day formula distilled to its three purest ingredients.
Everything here is a returning exercise meeting the strongest version of you. The bridges have anchored every floor session since Day 3. The flutter kicks scissor through the same low zone they did that first week - only now the hold that follows them parks your legs in exactly that airspace and asks them to stay. Kicking through a position and then holding it is the program's oldest one-two, and it lands hardest here, on the last day it gets to use it.
Bridge to full extension every rep, the dumbbell rising level. Flutter with your lower back glued down and the kicks small and fast. In the hold, find the hover and defend it - legs together, breath steady - and when the timer releases you, lower your heels like you meant to all along.
Four floor days built this finale - twenty seconds of stillness at the end is the program asking whether you were listening.
Make it Harder: Point your toes and reach the legs long during the hold - a longer lever is a heavier pair of legs.
Make it Easier: Slide your hands under your hips for the flutter kicks and the hold - a small tilt that spares the lower back.
