Day 26 pairs a sprint with a signature. The circuit: 10 climber taps, then just 4 alternating arm / leg raises, three times over - one pass, one set. That little 4 is printed correctly, and it is doing exactly what it looks like it is doing.
The climber taps set the terms - ten quick knee-to-hand touches that get the shoulders working and the balance busy - and then the raises collect: four opposite-limb extensions performed on a base those taps just spent. Four is a quality quota, not a mercy. Each raise is meant to be immaculate - a long, level reach with hips that give away nothing - and doing four perfectly after ten taps is harder than doing ten of them fresh. The program has spent weeks teaching this movement; today it checks the teaching.
Change nothing about your tap standards just because a smaller number follows them. When the raises come, slow right down: extend, hold the shape for a breath, return, switch. If a rep wobbles, count it again - the whole design of this day is that the four are flawless.
Ten fast, four flawless - Day 26 grades the second exercise on precision, not volume.
Make it Harder: Grow the raise blocks to 8 - double the precision work.
Make it Easier: Cut climber taps to 6 per block.
