To make each day’s routine more challenging and get better results, keep the plank during the plank sequences when you transition to the next move whenever possible - avoid dropping down to the floor. Do the same with exercises involving leg raises. Keep your legs up when doing leg holds and raised leg circles.
Tips: When an exercise calls for a “10-count” it equals 10 seconds. When doing raised leg circles, change direction with each rep.
