The program ends on its feet, moving. The two leg swings return - out to the side and across, then front to back, 10 of each meaning 5 per leg - followed by three held positions at a 10-count per side: a knee raised to hip height with fists up, a leg extended out to the side and held there, and a standing quad stretch with the foot drawn up behind you.
It is Day 15's format with the volume turned toward control. The swings say goodbye to the hips with full, easy range; the knee raise and the held kick then ask for the strong version of the same territory - the leg not swinging through the position but parked in it, hip and core sharing the bill. The quad stretch closes the program the way every session should probably end: one long, quiet breath down the front of the leg that did the most work all month.
Swing loose and stand tall - after thirty days there is nothing left to prove to the floor. In the held kick, height is negotiable and stillness is not; extend to where the leg will genuinely stay. Finish the quad stretch by pulling the foot in gently, standing as tall as the stretch allows, and taking the last count slower than every count before it.
Thirty days end the way they should - on your feet, swinging loose, standing steady.
Make it Harder: The program does not end on a test - it ends on ease, so let these last swings be your loosest of the month.
Make it Easier: Take a short breather between each item and let the sequence stretch as long as it needs.
