Tagged is a workout that engages large muscle groups under varying loads. This leads to a large oxygen demand made to the body which means your lungs will work hard, your heartrate will go up, your cardiovascular system will be activated and your body temperature will rise. You will sweat. Add EC and you've got yourself a workout that will make you feel like you're really pushing your body.
