Square One is an easy 30-day no-equipment fitness program designed for strength and tone. It’s ideal for anyone looking to start or restart their fitness journey, is recovering from an injury or illness and/or carries a lot of extra weight. The program is designed to keep your heart rate steady while focusing on muscle building, increasing strength and improving mobility.

All workouts in this program are done standing up, there are no jumps or high impact moves. You will need to be able to hold on to something and be able to do a “sit-to-stand” exercise. This is perfect for older people, people with reduced mobility and/or joints problems.
