Day 6 is the second lighter day, and it looks a lot like Day 3 - by design. Level I 3 sets, Level II 4 sets, Level III 5 sets, 2 minutes rest: 12 side bends, 12 torso twists, 6 shrugs and then two 10-count stretches. The knee raises and hamstring stretch from Day 3 have stepped aside to make room for two upper body stretches, which is fitting after Day 5 asked the shoulders to hold everything up.
The two stretches are drawn clearly on the card. The first: fingers interlaced, arms straight up overhead, palms turned toward the ceiling, reaching as tall as you can for the full 10 counts - the whole side body lengthens from the hips to the fingertips. The second: one arm drawn straight across the chest and held there by the other arm, hooked at the elbow, for 5 counts, then swapped for the other arm. That one finds the back of the shoulder, exactly the muscles that kept the arms up on Day 5. Side bends, torso twists and shrugs run before the stretches, and the extra two reps on the bends and twists are the same gentle nudge upward the legs and arms have already had.
Reach for the ceiling on the overhead stretch without lifting the shoulders to the ears - the reach comes from the ribs and the arms, not a shrug. In the cross-body stretch, keep the stretched arm straight and the shoulder pulled down; the pressure from the holding arm should be gentle and steady, not a yank. Bends and twists keep their Day 3 shape: sideways not forward, turning from the waist with the hips still.
Lean, turn, shrug, reach - the second light day trades the legs for the shoulders and lets everything above the waist unwind.
Make it Harder: On every side bend, reach the top arm overhead and over toward the far side instead of keeping the hand on the hip.
Make it Easier: Reduce side bends and torso twists to 8 each and hold both stretches as written.
