
SOMA 40+ is a fitness and wellness program designed specifically for women over 40 who menstruate - or who have in the past. It supports hormonal balance, eases perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms, reduces body fat (especially around the midsection), and helps maintain or increase muscle and bone mass.
The program combines strength training (3+ times a week), HIIT (twice a week), yoga, stretching, and breathwork to support both physical and mental well-being.
There are no high-impact movements or push-ups. Active rest is built into the structure, so all you need to do is follow the plan from Day 1 to Day 30. After 30 days, you can repeat the program indefinitely, gradually increasing your dumbbell weight as your strength improves.
