Day 25 is cardio in sequence: 10 march steps, 6 butt kicks, 10 march steps, 6 butt kicks - four rounds down the card, all one set. Rest 2 minutes, then 3, 5 or 7 sets by level. It is Day 3's sequence with the butt kicks up from 4 to 6.
March steps lift the knees high on the spot with the arms swinging; butt kicks bring a heel up toward the glutes behind you, alternating. Ten of one, six of the other, four times: sixty-four reps a set, and the extra two butt kicks per block are the only change from three weeks ago - a small increase in the fast part of the sequence that adds up across the rounds and the sets.
Knees to hip height on the march steps, staying tall. Heels up as far as they comfortably go on butt kicks with the knees pointing down. Keep the arms moving through both, and keep the switch between exercises seamless - the sequence is one continuous run, not two exercises with a gap.
The same run as Day 3 with two more kicks per block - Day 25 shows you how much fitter you are by feeling exactly the same.
Make it Harder: Turn the march steps into high knees - knee above hip height on every step.
Make it Easier: Slow the pace, keep the arms down and let the knees lift as far as they like.
