Fit December is a general no-equipment fitness program that includes a diverse range of strength, cardio, stretching and ab workouts to help you get fit and stay in good fitness and health throughout December, the final month of the year that is already busy and is often overwhelming for most of us.

The program contains 31 workouts for every single day of December but it also comes with 10 hall passes. To log each hall pass you only need to do 60 seconds march steps and you can skip any of the workouts without falling behind.
