Bootcamp Program by DAREBEE

The DAREBEE BOOTCAMP is a 60-day all-in-one fitness program designed for body recomposition and a complete head-to-toe transformation, in two months. It is ideal for anyone who wants to jump-start their fitness journey or level up their fitness game. The program includes cardio, strength-building and ab workouts with every 4th day dedicated to active rest and recovery.

Each day’s workouts are intense but each will only require 20 minutes or less to complete. It is highly recommended that you complete this program at level III for maximum results.

All of the workouts in this program are suitable for both men and women regardless of age or fitness level. It requires dumbbells - or a dumbbell substitute, for muscle-building days.
