Arms Of Steel [SEATED] is a 30-day no-equipment upperbody-focused program suitable for all fitness levels. This program will be an ideal add-on for anyone who already does lower-body centered routines e.g., sprinting or cycling or simply wants to focus more on defining arm muscles. The routines focus on arm strength, tendons and mobility without using any equipment.
Each workout includes very simple exercises and will only take about 15-20 minutes to complete.
