Arms Of Steel Chair Edition is a 30-day no-equipment upperbody-focused program suitable for all fitness levels. This program will be an ideal add-on for anyone who already does lower-body centered routines e.g., sprinting or cycling or simply wants to focus more on defining arm muscles. The routines focus on arm strength, tendons and mobility without using any equipment.
Each workout includes very simple exercises and will only take about 10-15 minutes to complete.
This version of the program doesn't have any floor exercises and can be done sitting down. This is a wheelchair-friendly fitness program.
