30 Days of LIIT by DAREBEE
SETS

Day 13 mixes the two cardio days you have done. Three exercises, 20 seconds each: step jacks, march jacks, step Ts - the first two from Day 1, the third from Day 5, one minute per set with a minute of rest, sets by level. Nothing new to learn; today is about pace and staying continuous.

Step jacks: step out, arms overhead, back and alternate. March jacks: knee up as the arms sweep overhead, alternating legs. Step Ts: step out to the side and open the arms into a level T, close and go the other way. Reach up, knee up, arms out - two exercises that send the arms overhead and one that sends them sideways, all sharing the same low-impact footwork.

With no new exercise to think about, spend the attention on quality: full reach on the jacks, knee to hip height on the marches, arms exactly level on the Ts. Keep the transitions instant - the moment the timer beeps, you are already in the next move. If you have been doing Level I, today is a good day to try one extra set and see how it feels.

No new moves, so the only thing left to improve is how well you do the old ones.

Make it Harder: Land on the ball of the foot on every step and lift the heel as the arms rise - the calves join the cardio.

Make it Easier: Slow the march jacks to a march with the arms rising only to shoulder height.

I really like this website. It doesn't make me overthink what to workout. I would just do one or two of these workouts, walk for 45 minutes and stretch. It makes me feel good.

I've always wanted to workout but never knew where to start. Darebee has helped me find fun but challenging workouts, and I've worked out more now than I have in my whole life. Grateful for your promise in keeping this site accessible and free for people of all fitness levels & goals around the world. Found Darebee some time years ago and used to just save the workouts and then forget about them somewhere in my documents & to do later lists 😅 but coming back to the site this year I loved the organised/simple layout & navigation of the site with full workout video at bottom to see proper form and notes to make things easier or harder depending on your fitness/energy aswell as an extensive exercise library with joint friendly alternatives. I found it much easier to track/check off completed workouts & days on program/plan on dashboard, was more likely to remember & do it + advanced filter made it quick to find a doable workout. As a tiny way to support this site I made account and use the site exclusively for exercises now, will look to donate when I can 🙏🏽 and would recommend it to all I talk to regarding fitness. Thank you Darebee team for the great job you've all done here and keep up the good work. Blessings to you all.
