DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Zenith uses a combination of eccentric and concentric muscle exercises, along with combat moves and callisthenics to produce a workout that targets all the major muscle groups in the body. It helps build strength, stability and power. Add EC if you must but this one will be a challenge as is, as well. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
