V-cut is a front abs group workout that's part of the Darebee Yoga Week. It focuses on maintaining your legs off the floor, knees always straight as you go through the exercises. Breathing and posture are key here as they are a vital part of overall form. Despite the relatively short training time this is a Level 4 difficulty workout. You feel the burn very quickly.
