DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Toned Arms is a workout that, you've guessed correctly, helps your arms become more defined and the muscles toned. You throw punches and do dips, use elbow strikes and backfists and shoulder taps but really your goal should be on that lean, strong look when you use your body as a weapon. Add EC, give no quarter to yourself.
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
