DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Sinbad, as you'd expect, is a total body workout that uses all the muscles you have until you feel you've run out of muscles to use. Physically it is not that difficult to do but it is hard as a combination done over seven sets with EC thrown in for good measure. there's a hint somewhere in all those words, for you. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
