DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Focus: Fullbody
Type: Metcon
Difficulty: level 5 of 5

Rogue is a combo-based full-body workout that feels like you’re chaining abilities instead of counting reps. Each “4 combos” block is a two-move sequence that flows from one position to the next, so the transitions are baked in: floor heel click into hop heel click (grounded agility into quick-foot pop), push-up into palm strikes (strength into striking speed), and crunch kick into half wipers (core compression into rotation control). Between those combos you’ve got classic anchors, squats and knee strikes to keep the legs and conditioning honest, then bridges to finish with posterior-chain strength and a solid reset for the hips and lower back.

The structure keeps you moving through levels like a true rogue run: low-to-high-to-low, mixing stealthy control with sudden bursts of power. The heel click combo spikes coordination and light, springy ankles, then squats build strength and stability before you hit the floor for push-up + palm strikes, where the shoulders and core have to stay tight as you switch from pushing to fast hands. Knee strikes add a cardio punch and train hip drive, and the final floor combo (crunch kick + half wipers) hits the abs from two angles: flexion and rotation. Bridges close the loop by firing glutes and hamstrings, helping you leave the workout feeling strong rather than folded. Keep the combos smooth, treat every “switch” as the skill, and aim for clean mechanics before speed.

I love the pictures, the variety, the amount of time it takes to complete a workout and how you can mix and match if you have a lot of energy or only repeat 3 times if you don’t feel like exercising. The website is awesome and I recommend it whenever I talk about fitness with other people. I cannot thank Darebee enough for how much this project has helped me in having a solid exercise routine and how to deal with exercise when tired, injured or when I don’t have much time.

I also love the concept of "exercise of the day". This website is just awesome. I came to know this website around 2025 since than it has been bookmarked in my browser. I request the developers to please launch the mobile app. I would absolutely love to see it's app on the app Store.
