DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Raider is a total body strength and tone workout that helps you level up. It is great as a test of sorts to see where your strength levels are right now but it is also good as a means of triggering the adaptations necessary to take your strength to a new level.  
Extra Credit: Hit a minimum of 15 push-ups each time.
