DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
If you have a plyo box or any other piece of equipment that can safely substitute as one then Plyo HIIT will torch your lungs and help you develop explosive power in your legs. It will also help with core stability, coordination and balance. And it's fun to just jump around for a while. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
