Planche Prep is a callisthenics-based maximal strength-training workout that targets the abdominal muscle groups, arms and shoulders. This is a Level V workout that's not suitable for beginners. The exercises take you through each stage, slowly building up the necessary strength. There is only a 60 sec recovery phase between sets at each stage. This is a workout waiting to be conquered.
