DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
The abs, really consist of four distinct, inter-related muscle groups of which the frontal abs or Rectus Abdominis is just one and, arguably, the least important (although obviously the most visually pleasing). Origami Abs is the workout that targets all four, giving you the perfect opportunity to improve inside and out, quite literally in this case. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
