DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Nickels & Dimes is an upper body torch! It's push/pull approach to building serious upper body functional strength also challenges your cardiovasculat system. This is a high-level workout and it does require a pull-up bar. If your fitness is up to it and you have that pull-up bar or safe alternative to hang from you will love this. 
Extra Credit: Keep up with the "2 minute per set" rule.
