If the Kettlebell 150 workout is too easy for you we help you level up. Same moves, same 20kg (45lbs) kettlebell (though you can use any kettlebell weight you find works best for you) double the pleasure in reps! All you need to do is get from the one to the next as we show in the video and then use a 2-minute rest to recover before you do it all again.
Extra Credit: Use 10 lb+ (5 kg+) kettlebell minimum.
