DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
If you have a kettlebell you can use then this workout is a total body blast. It will challenge your upper body strength, work your core and abs and seriously test your lower body strength and, if you go for the full three sets with just a 2-minute break in between; it will also test your cardiovascular and aerobic fitness. 
Extra Credit: Use 10 lb+ (5 kg+) kettlebell minimum.
