DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Hear Me Roar is the kind of workout that pushes you into the sweat zone within the first three minutes of exercise (which is the first set). It engages core, upper body and lower body, equally - engaging all the major muscle groups it places quite a load on aerobic performance (VO2 Max). Performed at Level III with EC this is workout designed to push the boundaries of physical performance. 
Extra Credit: 1 push-ups every 20 seconds
