The Eye Of The Tiger workout targets, primarily, the upper body but as with every combat moves workout it activates the body's upper and lower kinetic chains to help power the moves. It will help you develop better balance, coordination and awareness of how your body moves plus it will help improve your shoulder strength. Add EC and the ever-present aerobic component comes into the picture.
