Edgerunner is a workout that works your lower body hard. It moves large muscle groups, quickly, and raises your body's oxygen debt. This, in turn, works your lungs and heart and improves your aerobic and cardiovascular conditioning. It will also help your endurance, speed, balance and overall coordination.
