DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
You will need a heavy-ish stick (or a broadsword), a planet with a 1G gravity well. A timer (provided on this page) and grit. Lots of grit. Dungeon Raid is a strength workout that targets the entire body. As it happens it also activates the cardiovascular and aerobic systems in true total-warrior fashion. 
Extra Credit: 30 seconds rest between sets.
