DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
A full body strength workout starts from the bottom up and is built one small, sure step at a time. Dryad is a full body workout that works all the major muscle groups, recruits as many of the secondary ones as possible and, at the same time, challenges your cardiovascular system and VO2 Max capacity. Add EC and you will also feel the burn. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
