DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Dreadnought is a difficulty Level IV workout that helps you develop strength and increase definition. It's not suitable for beginners but it should, always, be on your horizon. Form is always important when doing strength training and EC should always be an option. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
