DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Dip & Hold is an upper body strength workout that requires use of a bench or some kind of ledge or chair that is safe for you to use. You get to use your body weight in a resistance training exercise that basically requires no equipment and yet delivers a very targeted workout to a particular muscle group. 
Extra Credit: Count to 10 when holding tricep dip.
