DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Colossus uses a combination of concentric and eccentric muscle contractions to test your body's ability to move with grace, power and control. This is a Level IV workout that requires some base level fitness to begin with so it's not suitable for beginners. Add EC for an extra load on your VO2 Max capacity and get ready to do some sweating.  
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
