DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Chaser, as the name suggests, will have you working up a good deal of sweat from the very first set. This is a high-burn, streamline workout, especially when done repeatedly. In the first instance however it will help your aerobic capacity, cardiovascular fitness, endurance levels and muscle strength. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
