DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
The abdominal group is made of four separate muscle groups and Cardio Dive is designed to target them all, beginning to increase the load with each set without neglecting the other muscle groups in the body. The result is a seemingly simple workout that gets you sweating quickly and pushes your VO2 Max levels. Make sure you pump your arms during High Knees and you bring your knees to waist height each time.   
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
