The Cardio Club workout is a fast-paced, light-on-your-feet workout that will raise your body temperature, get you into the sweat zone and get your heart and lungs pumping. This helps improve your endurance, cardiovascular fitness and aerobic fitness. It makes your body a more efficient machine and it helps you be more in control of how your body moves and feels.
