DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
If you have a couple of dumbbells and five minutes and are willing to move your body a little then this 5-Minute Strength workout will deliver some pretty amazing strength adaptations. We cover the science behind mini-workouts here, but you will feel the difference yourself, anyway. 
Extra Credit: Use 10lb+ (5kg+) dumbbells minimum.
