Runner Prime is a 31-day running program that also includes bodyweight circuits and additional abs and core work. Every other day you have to complete a 30 minute run, regardless of how fast or how far you run - your goal is to put in the time.
Running days marked with a red star offer you an additional challenge to beat your previous distance. For example, if you covered 5K in your previous run, aim to do 50, 100 or 200 meters more.
