The High Gear is a high impact, high burn and streamline program and it is an ultimate at-home cardio solution. There are no complex exercises in each circuit but each workout is designed to hyperload your cardiovascular system and get your heart racing. Burpees, jump squats and jumping lunges feature heavily in the High Gear program.
Every 5th day you will be presented with a burpee challenge. By completing each one in a single workout (without long breaks) you will earn a GEAR. Your goal is to collect as many gears as you can [ aim for all 6!], to ace this fitness test of a program.
