The Half Marathon Training is a 12-week running program that prepares you physically and mentally for a 13 Mile (21 Kilometers) run. It slowly builds your speed and strength while taking you all the way to the race day.
The program includes bodyweight training days as well as running sessions. It is designed for anyone who wants to run (or be able to run) a half marathon but it can also be used as a stand-alone fitness program for fat loss, streamlining and physical conditioning.
It is structured around a 7-day cycle and takes into account days of the week with longer running sessions falling on weekends - if you start it on a Monday.
